  • Videos must address Financial Aid at Brown
  • You must be a current undergraduate Brown student to be eligible to participate in the video competition.

  • An entry form signed by you and/or all of your team members must be submitted with your video.
  • Signed release forms from anyone else who appears in the video must be provided.
  • Videos must be suitable for use as promotional materials for Brown University. (Please, no profanity, violence, defamatory statements and no invading the privacy rights of any person or entity.)

  • The video must adhere to the Principles of the Brown University Community as outlined in the Academic Code of Conduct.
  • No copyrighted material may be used. For more information, access the Resource link. If you have specific questions about copyrighted material and what constitutes "free use," contact Music Librarian Ned Quist at Orwig Music Library.
  • All entries will be judged and winners will be chosen by both the Judging Committee and an online vote open to Brown students, alumni, parents, faculty and staff.
  • By submitting your entry, you give Brown University and the Development Office permission to post it and your name on their respective websites at the discretion of the Development Office.
